Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care
The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care (RQF) is aimed at those learners who currently work as health and social care workers within hospices, care homes, care in the community, and primary care. This qualification provides the opportunity to advance their knowledge and understanding and can be used as part of their CPD.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care (RQF) will provide learners with a basic understanding of how to approach end of life situations sensitively, respectfully, effectively, and with a focus on quality. Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of:
Perspectives on death and dying;
Principles and policies of end of life care;
Communication in end of life care; and
Support services for end of life care
Level 2 Award in Understanding Dementia
The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Understanding Dementia (RQF) is aimed at learners who wish to gain the understanding and knowledge of care for, and communication with, individuals with dementia. The qualification covers the causes of dementia, communication, and approaches to dementia care.
Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health
The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (RQF) is aimed at those learners who work, or wish to work, in the mental health arena.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (RQF) aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding across a range of mental health awareness principles. The qualification covers a range of mental health issues, including general mental health, stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, dementia, and other conditions which may significantly affect the mental health of a person.
Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in Health Care Settings
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in Health Care Settings (RQF) is to provide learners with the awareness of infection control, the causes of infection, and how to prevent the spreading of infection.
Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of the Prevention and Control of Infection in Health Care Settings (RQF) has been developed to provide learners who are currently working, or intended to work, in the health care sector.

The purpose of the Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health (RQF) is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the importance nutrition has on health, focusing on the principles of healthy eating, planning and achieving a healthy diet, weight management, and food safety in a home environment.
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Care and Management of Diabetes
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Care and Management of Diabetes (RQF) is aimed at learners preparing to enter the Health and Social Care sector or currently working within the sector.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Safe Handling of Medicines (RQF) is aimed at healthcare staff whose duties may bring them into contact with medications.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Safe Handling of Medicines (RQF) will provide learners with the understanding of the principles and practices of working with medicines and help to develop an understanding of their responsibilities and the procedures they should follow when handling medicines.
Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care
The Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF) is aimed at learners working in a health and social care role and those looking towards a career in this sector in a supervised job role.

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
The Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) is aimed at those learners with supervisory experience who are already working within the care sector, such as a lead adult care worker, lead personal assistant, etc.

This qualification recognises the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to demonstrate effective communication, person development, values and behaviours, health and wellbeing, responsibilities of self and others, and safeguarding.
Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
The Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) is aimed at learners working in a variety of senior adult care roles within, but not limited to, residential care, domiciliary care, or day centres.
​
Those working towards achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care will have and further develop, specialist skills and knowledge in their area of responsibility which enables them to lead in areas such as assessment or enablement. Learners will have responsibility for assessing performance and quality of care delivery. Their team members will look to them for inspiration, and they will provide coaching and mentoring to their colleagues.
Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Care Practitioner
The aim of this qualification is aimed at practitioners in the care sector, taking on additional aspects of work prior to moving into a managerial role.

The qualification will provide learners with the skills and knowledge to support managers with day-to-day activities combined with administration. Upon completion, the learner will have a clear understanding of recruiting, building, and managing a team. It will help them understand the factors which influence the need for personal and professional development as well as the need to appropriately manage information and knowledge within organisations.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England)
The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) (RQF) is aimed at developing the skills, knowledge, and understanding of learners to the standards required to confirm competence in an occupational role to manage, practice, and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services.
