The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools (RQF) is aimed at providing learners with the knowledge and understanding required to work in a school environment. The qualification covers a wide range of roles within a school setting including administrative roles.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools (RQF) is aimed at those learners who wish to work in a supporting role within a school. The qualification also provides basic training and inductions for those learners new to the role.
Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce
The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (RQF) is aimed at those who work in a supporting role such as a nursery nurse, crèche worker, or special educational needs assistant.

The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (RQF) aims to assess the development of the skills and knowledge relating to the children and young people’s workforce, and will provide progression to the Early Learning and Childcare Social Care and Learning Development and Support Services.
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health
Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health (RQF) is aimed at learners who are currently working, or intend to work in, the healthcare, sports, and recreation, or hospitality and catering, sectors.

The purpose of the Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health (RQF) is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the importance nutrition has on health, focusing on the principles of healthy eating, planning and achieving a healthy diet, weight management, and food safety in a home environment.
Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
This Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (RQF) is a knowledge-based qualification suitable for support staff roles in schools that directly support the teaching and learning of pupils.

The qualification seeks to develop the knowledge and understanding of workers in a school setting and covers areas such as safeguarding, communication, child development, and understanding the school context. As it is a knowledge-based qualification, it can be taken by learners not yet employed in a school, or those in school who are seeking a higher-level role.
Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
The Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (RQF) is aimed at those members of the school workforce who directly support the teaching and learning of pupils.

The qualification provides the knowledge and understanding needed to work directly with children or young people in supporting the assessment for learning, developing relationships, promoting equality and diversity, and understanding how to safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people.
Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) is intended for those who wish to enter into a teaching role and for those who have worked in assessing roles and wish to progress on to a teaching qualification. The qualification is also suitable for trainee teachers as well as those who have experience in a teaching role.

The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF) provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of delivering education and training, assessing learners, planning in education and training, using resources in the delivery in education and training, and understanding the roles and responsibilities witihin education and training.
Common Core of Skills and Knowledge for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce
This course teaches the skills and knowledge that everyone who works with children and young people is expected to have. The six areas of expertise in the common core offer a single framework to underpin multi-agency and integrated working, professional standards, training, and qualifications across the children and young people’s workforce. This includes those who work with children and young people full-time and part-time.
